Apply for Medicaid or Working Disabled Medicaid Buy-In coverage |
- By filling out the combined application for services form and submitting it to your Division of Public Assistance (DPA) office by mail, fax, email, or in person; or

Online, using one of three websites:
- Healthcare.gov
- Alaska's Resource for Integrated Eligibility Services (ARIES), or
- myAlaska.
- Note: If you apply online and the DPA thinks you may qualify for APA-related Medicaid or for the Working Disabled Medicaid Buy-In, they will contact you for more information about your disability and your resources.
If you use the combined application for services, you can also apply for other benefits at the same time, such as APA, SNAP (formerly Food Stamps), and Alaska Temporary Assistance Program (ATAP). If you apply for Medicaid online, you will have to apply for other benefits separately.
