Apply for Benefits

You can apply for SSI, SSDI, CDB, and Child’s Benefits at your local Social Security office or by calling 1-800-772-1213 or 1-800-325-0778 (TTY).

To apply for a PASS, contact your local PASS specialist.

You can apply for Medicaid, Adult Public Assistance (APA), the SNAP, and ATAP at the same time by using the DPA combined Application for Services. Submit it to your Division of Public Assistance (DPA) office or email it to hss.dpa.offices@alaska.gov.
